Importer Andre Tamers of Chapel hill has been bringing in fine, carefully selected
family Estates form Spain and France for 15 years and it is a pleasure
to be partnering with him going forward in 2012.  We will be adding
his wines and updating our website in the near future, but in the mean

Beginning in 1995 with six wines from Apulia, Haw River Wine Man has
quietly compiled an Italian wine portfolio that stands out in North
Carolina for Quality, Price and Selection. With a firm belief that wine is an
every day beverage, and not the exclusive domain of the wealthy and
privileged, the company strives to bring the consumer the best value
possible, more often than not, sourcing wine direct from the producer.

From Brunello and Barolo to Chianti, pinot grigio and delightful summer
rose’s, you will find wines that are unique, affordable and truthful
expressions of their origins.

In 2006 we are pleased to announce a new collaboration with
Rosenthal Wine Merchant, one of the most respected importers of French
and Italian wines in the country, representing limited production
